HomeSuites Hotel Reservation Policies
|
- Check-in: 4:00pm.
- Check-out: 11:00am.
- All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card. A valid credit card must be presented at check-in.
- HomeSuites accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Traveler's cheques and cash as forms of payment.
- All room rates are for one or two persons per room. Additional guests in any room will be billed at an additional $5.00 per person per night.
- Children - Children under 18 stay free in same room with adult.
- Pets - We regret that pets are not allowed in the hotel.
- Direct Bill Agreements - Large organizations and businesses can contact the General Manager for information on setting up a direct bill account.
- Smoking - HomeSuites is a completely smoke free hotel. Should anyone smoke in your room during your stay, an additional charge of $200.00 will be applied to your account for the cost of purification.
Hotel Reservation Cancellation Policy
Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. Any reservation that is cancelled within 24 hours of arrival will be charged the equivalent of one night’s room and tax.
